Hi! I\'m looking for a new roommate for July 1st 2012 as my good friend Gen is moving to California. Here are the specs: What you get: • 1 large unfurnished bedroom available for rent (rest of apartment furnished but nice tvs and couches welcome too) • cost: $660 includes (hydro and electricity) Cable and internet extra (I usually just split with the person if they want it) • 3 minute walk to uOttawa campus • 10 minute walk to Loblaws and Metro, 15 minute walk to Byward Market, 10 minute walk to main bus routes (95, 97, 98, 8, 94, 96, etc) • 2 min walk to subway, timothy\'s coffee, and dry cleaners • Great view of Ottawa (8th floor, can see parliament and fireworks)! • Access to Laundry in the building • Place to lock bike in building on first floor • Hardwood floors • Bright apartment with big living room • Strathcona Park nearby for runs and leisure What I\'d like: • Male or female welcome (gay male encouraged, woo hoo shoutout to Will & Grace) =P • Must be okay with living with my cat Willow (I clean cat litter regularly and she is friendly and clean) • Must be tidy and good at communicating with me about concerns/chores or anything • Must be willing to meet first and chat to make sure we\'re compatible roomies A bit about me: I\'m a 26 year old young professional female who works at uOttawa. I work hard, but also enjoy a glass of wine here and there, I also enjoy living a healthy lifestyle (gym, enough sleep, good diet). I\'d ideally like to live with someone who is laid back, fun to be around, friendly, tidy and is easy to talk to.
