Looking for a clean, professional tenant (or two joint tenants) to rent from May 1 - August 31st, 2013.

Our unit is a clean two (2)-bedroom unit with two (2) bathrooms. All utilities (hydro + water) and one (1) parking spot in an indoor heated garage are included.

The master bedroom is spacious enough for a king-sized bed and plenty of furniture. There is a walk-in closet in between the bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom fits a single bed, a desk, and small furniture, and has a standard closet. The main bathroom has a full bathtub.

The unit features an open layout of the living, dining, and kitchen area with a breakfast island and marble countertop throughout. There are large windows everywhere letting in plenty of sunshine, but central A/C will keep the unit cool in the summer.

Other than perhaps a chest freezer, you get every single appliance available: a new fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer for ensuite laundry.

You also get lots of new furniture included: a futon, coffee + side tables, and a dining table set for four. If you need bed(s), we can work something out too.

Downstairs, there is a newly-renovated swimming pool, plus a huge rec room, billiards room, conference room, and gym. In the summer, the patio will open up for BBQing. The condo offers 24-hour security and your unit has its own buzz code for guests to enter.

Location-wise, this condo is at the western edge of the downtown financial district in Centretown. It is still considered downtown Ottawa, just with more peace and quiet. Below are Google Maps time estimates, so no BS like <<5 mins to uOttawa! -- Hunt Club condo>>. It is a truly convenient location (with a WalkScore of 93%!), which is why many political staffers and elderly folk live here. FYI, the eastbound bus stop (Slater/Bay) is literally a parking lot over, and you can take ANY bus to get to the popular Ottawa locations, like:
--Rideau Centre (8mins bus, do not bother driving or walking because you get off right at the mall!)
--Parliament Hill/Supreme Court of Canada (4mins driving/11mins bus/12mins walking)
--Byward Market (8mins driving/14mins bus/26mins walking)
--Financial District (2mins driving, or walk 5-10mins)
--VIA Rail (9mins driving, 19mins on the #95 bus)
