All amenities are close by, Macs convenience, Farmer\'s pick, Quickie\'s, Canada post, hair salon, Canadian passport Office, Sooter\'s photo studio, Mc Donalds, Shopper\'s Drug Mart, and a lot more including Banks such as BMO and TD, and two gas stations, Petro Canada and Shell.
Bus route #111 comes every 4-5 mins which is great for Carleton U students and professionals. Very safe and a friendly environment to live in.

I am only seeking a VERY CLEAN & HYGIENIC room mate only.

NO Smoking inside the apartment and No sleepovers.

Parking is NOT included.
